ICIS is the core system of the Oborová zdravotní pojišťovna, covering the key agenda of the health insurance company – from insured persons through healthcare to finances.

Challenge

The aim of the project was to replace the original system with our own solution without any cooperation with the previous supplier, while maintaining full functionality and smooth operation.

Solution

Deployment using the “big bang” method – fully operational within a week
Migration of all historical data without the assistance of the original supplier
Users continued to work with familiar data and processes without interruption
Complete agenda for contract finances, reported healthcare, insurance premiums, and registers
Integration with the Portál zdravotních pojišťoven, SÚKL, etc.
