Challenge

The objective was to design and create a secure communication between insured and health insurers, which until then had no client portal of this type.

It should also help to change the perception of the insurance company towards a modern insurance institution that proactively helps its insurers.

  • More than 395 000 clients used portal in 2017
  • More than 100 000 clients reviewed healthcare services overview using VITAKARTA ONLINE (significant influence on cost savings)
