A portal with a web interface that includes, among other things, VITAKARTA – Health, which also includes Assistance Service and VITAKONTO.

Challenge

The objective was to design and create a secure communication between insured and health insurers, which until then had no client portal of this type.

It should also help to change the perception of the insurance company towards a modern insurance institution that proactively helps its insurers.
