Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant your consent to STYRAX, a.s., Hvězdova 1716/2b, Prague 4, 140 78, Czech Republic, Company ID: 274 16 712, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 10465. (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

2. The data listed above can be processed based on your consent and must be processed for the purpose of communication and administration of the festival. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 10 years.

3. The Administrator collects cookies on its website.

4. You expressly consent to the above processing. Providing personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to gdpr@styrax.cz or by sending a written request by post to the specified address of STYRAX, a.s.

5. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Administrator:

Providers of processing software, services and applications, which the company does not currently use.

6. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

withdraw your consent at any time,
request information from us about what personal data we are processing about you, request a copy of this data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
request that we erase this personal data,
data portability,
file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
