Challenge
- The aim of the solution was to enable clients to fully negotiate with notaries remotely for the purpose of e.g. establishing a limited liability company without the need to physically visit the notary‘s office.
Basic description
- Client login via Citizen Identity or Bank Identity
- Calling your preferred or other available notary
- Joint video conference between notary and client
- Visual identification of the registered client by the notary with information from the Basic Registers
- Signing of documents by the client using his/her own qualified certificate directly in the application
- Possibility to issue a full-fledged certificate from I.CA within the online meeting
- Online payment for notary services
