Change in the Composition of the Governing Bodies of STYRAX Companies

In April 2026, there was a change in the composition of the governing bodies of STYRAX, a.s. and STYRAX Consulting, a.s. This change follows the completion of the entry of Burza cenných papírů, a.s. as a minority shareholder in STYRAX, a.s.
Ing. Ondřej Dusílek, CEO of the Central Securities Depository, a.s., was elected as the new Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of both companies.
