Karta mého srdce
Karta mého srdce is a web and mobile application that serves as one of the primary digital communication channels between Zaměstnanecká pojišťovna Škoda and its insured clients.
Challenge
The goal of the redesign was to modernize the existing solution—both technologically and from a user perspective—and to create a unified, intuitive, and secure environment for accessing health and administrative services. Emphasis was focused on ease of use, usability across web and mobile devices, and the secure handling of sensitive data.
Solution
The new Karta mého srdce features a personalized dashboard and widgets that allow users quick access to key functions. The app provides an overview of healthcare services received, information on preventive care, vaccinations, and current medications, a list of treating physicians, laboratory results, and a map of contracted providers. It also supports electronic communication and the processing of specific requests addressed to ZPŠ. Login supports multiple authentication methods, including BankID and Citizen Identity.
